Measures for the prevention of COVID-19 adopted by the Hostel:
Do not worry! We have intensified our cleaning protocols to be in accordance with the recommendations of the SELO TURISMO CONSCIENTE RJ of the Rio de Janeiro Tourism Secretariat.
Among the measures adopted:
Everyone will have their temperature measured when checking in.
Alcohol gel is available in all common areas.
Breakfast will be served individually exclusively by an employee with utensils and properly cleaned food, respecting the distance between tables.
Mandatory use of masks in common areas.
We have reduced the occupancy of shared dormitories, thus allowing greater distance between guests. The rooms are well ventilated, with a balcony or balcony. The changing rooms have designated areas for each guest or group of friends.
At each check out, we perform the complete asepsis of the rooms and sanitize the bedding according to the requirements and recommendations of the health authorities.
What is the difference between shared and private rooms? If I book a room, will I share it with others outside my reservation?
We are Hostel & Pousada, therefore we offer shared and private rooms:
- SHARED rooms (dorms) where a single bed is rented in a room with other people;
- PRIVATE and SUITES rooms that are rented entirely, that is, there will be no sharing with people outside your reservation .
How far is it from the beach? Are you in the center of Cabo Frio?
We are 7 minutes walk from the main beaches in the center of Cabo Frio, which are Praia das Dunas and Praia do Forte. We have supermarkets, drugstores, ATMs, bars and restaurants within minutes walk.
Do you offer a transfer from Rio de Janeiro to the Hostel?
We have shared transfers in minibuses leaving daily from the airports, Santos Dumont and Galeão, and from the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro directly to the hostel and vice versa. Price: R $ 150.00 per person per way. For availability and times, please contact WhatsApp (22) 99996 6802.
Can I check in at any time? Will I have 24 hour access to the hostel?
Our reception is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm to check in. If you are going to arrive after this time, please inform us by email or WhatsApp in advance and we will have someone to receive you. After check in, you will have free access to the hostel.
Does it offer breakfast?
Yes, we offer breakfast as an option. Our breakfast buffet features fruits, breads, cake, cold cuts, coffee, yogurt, milk, granola juice and oats. We also have a full kitchen just for our guests and a supermarket 3 minutes from the hostel, if you prefer to prepare your own meals. Price of coffee per person / day: R $ 15.00.
Will I be able to go to Arraial do Cabo e Búzios?
One of our main differentials is our excellent location for exploring the entire Lakes Region, as we are a 3-minute walk from the bus stops to Arraial do Cabo and Búzios.
What are the bars and restaurants near the hostel?
We have the Estação do Sabor Restaurant (5 minutes walk), Nakasa Japanese food (3 minutes), No Freshness Gourmet Burger (5 minutes), Esfihas Brasil (4 minutes), Bonna Chef Pizzaria (7 minutes), Zion bike Cafe (3 minutes) ), Comilhão Lanches (3 minutes), Live Beer Bar (2 minutes) and Cointainer Bar (5 minutes).
Do you have parking available?
We do not have parking inside the hostel, but we are on a residential street with enough parking spaces. There is also the option of paid parking 3 minutes walk from the hostel.
What is the Cancellation policy?
Normal dates - Free cancellation if made up to 7 days before the check-in date. After this period, cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In high season (November to March) and holidays, the period is up to 15 days in advance.
How far is it from the Bus Station and Cabo Frio Airport?
We are a 14-minute walk from the bus station and a 17-minute drive from Cabo Frio airport.
